Everyone working to their potential
Getting the very best out of people in the workplace and to have a totally engaged workplace takes some work and effort I don’t deny that. Data and research has proved that the companies that have the highest levels of engagement have increased levels of market share and profitability.
So how do you do it?
Based on what I have seen in a number of businesses here are 5 ideas to action.
1. Clearly discuss with your employee what is expected of them mutually agree on what is to be achieved. Murrays Tip- Make the target one that is measureable that has numbers attached to it.
